Timescales

Every transaction varies, but most freehold sales and purchases exchange contracts in around 8 weeks from receipt of the contract pack (the key documents provided by the seller). Leasehold matters can take 12 weeks or more due to additional steps, such as obtaining the management pack from the landlord or management company and handling further enquiries. We guide you through each key stage, from initial instruction and contract review to exchange and completion, ensuring progress is smooth, transparent and aligned with your timeline.
